Applying to Graduate

If you are in the final term of your program, you are required to apply to graduate via the Student Center. Applications must be submitted prior to the end of that term to ensure eligibility.

To apply, log into the Student Center. Select "Academics," then "Graduation" and "Apply for Graduation" and follow the instructions to complete the process.

Degrees are awarded three times per year as part of the University's Convocations. Ceremonies are held in June (Spring Convocation) and October (Autumn Convocation), and there is an In Absentia convocation in February (no ceremony). Your degree will be awarded as part of the convocation held in the term after your final term of registration. Students whose degrees are awarded in February are automatically included in the following June Convocation ceremony.
