Graduate Tuition Is Billed Three Times Per Year
Tuition may vary by program and is charged at the beginning of each academic term.
Tuition and fees are due within five business days of the beginning of each term.

How to View Your Account

Sign In
Access Student Center using your Western Identity.

Open Your Statement
Under Finance, select Detailed Statement of Account.

Select a Term
Choose the academic term you want to review to see its charges, payments, and anticipated aid.
Anticipated scholarship funding: Expected scholarships may appear as anticipated aid before the beginning of the term. These funds will be applied to your tuition account when they are disbursed.
Pay Your Tuition and Fees
Review current tuition rates and important dates, then choose an accepted payment method to pay the balance on your student account.
Check Before You Pay
Tuition amounts and payment deadlines can vary by academic term. Use Western's published schedules to confirm the information that applies to you.
