Lunch & Learn: From Conflict to Connection
This workshop is offered as part of the Own Your Future program's Communication & Relationship Building curriculum in partnership with The Office of the Ombudsperson.
In this session, graduate students will be introduced to practical skills for navigating conflict in an academic environment and beyond! Grounded in the principles of respectful communication and collaborative problem solving, the session will explore the nature and sources of conflict, effective communication strategies, active listening techniques, and interest-based approaches to conflict resolution.
This is a lunch-and-learn session - pizza will be served towards the end of the session!
