The Conversation is a daily independent online publication, delivering analysis and explanatory journalism from experts to a global audience. Academics and researchers work directly with professional editors to educate and inform the public about current affairs and complex issues.

Kim will explain The Conversation's mission, offer background on how it helps with knowledge mobilization and give pitching and writing tips.

This is an interactive workshop where participants are encouraged to bring ideas to discuss. Open to faculty members, post docs, PhD and master’s students.

The workshop is presented by Western Communications.
