Nominate Your Supervisor for the SGPS Award for Excellence in Doctoral Supervision
The SGPS Award for Excellence in Doctoral Supervision recognizes faculty members who demonstrate sustained excellence in mentoring, supporting, and inspiring doctoral students at Western.
Doctoral students are eligible to nominate a faculty member if they have completed all the requirements for a Western University doctoral degree.
Exceptional doctoral supervision shapes careers, scholarship, and confidence long after a degree is complete. This award celebrates supervisors whose guidance and mentorship supports doctoral students’ academic success and overall wellbeing, and who help inspire Western's next generation of graduate-level scholars.
