Receiving Payments

At Western, different types of payments are issued through different systems:
- Scholarships, fellowships or tuition refunds are paid through Student Center
- Employment income (for example, as a GTA) is paid through My Human Resources (MyHR)
Student Center Payments
Graduate students with a credit balance in their tuition account will receive a payment through Student Center. Student Center payments are issued every Tuesday evening, beginning the second Tuesday of each term. Payments are issued by direct deposit. To receive your funds quickly and securely, you should ensure a bank account is set up. If no banking information is on file, a cheque will be issued, which may result in a delay of payment.

My Human Resources (MyHR) Payments
